Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at

PETUNIA BLOOM HOME, which is why we offer a 15-day return/exchange policy for any in-stock items you have purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 15 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are available for In-Stock items only.

       The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 15 days from when the original order was received.

   All items must be returned in their original condition, without use, and must not be damaged or altered in any way.

       When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

(PETUNIA BLOOM HOME is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees)

       Received the wrong item.

       The item is defective.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy:

·       Pre-Order Products, Special Order items, including customized size, items that were used, or sent to you as replacement/exchange cannot be returned another time.

On-Sale items are not elegable for return or exchange.

   Items without hangtag or label attached as originally sent.

General Return/Exchange Process

    Step 1 Initiate your return/exchange

       e-mail us at  info@petuniabloom.com  and let us know your order number. We will determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.

      Step 2 Ship product back

       Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions. It's better to use a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.

       Step 3 Refund or exchange

       When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Refunds

       A refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected and confirmed.

Order Cancellation:

       General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out. For special order items, any cancellations after 10 hrs will incur a corresponding material and processing fee. Please refer to below details:

        1. If the cancellation is made less than 10 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.

        2. If the cancellation is made between 10 to 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a $10 cancellation fee.

        3. If the cancellation is made 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a $20 cancellation fee.

       Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

One Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

PETUNIA BLOOM HOME offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on PETUNIA BLOOM ATELIER MADE in-stock items, pre-order and special order products made by Petunia Bloom Home . The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than

PETUNIA BLOOM HOME.

We inspect every item before shipment to ensure that you receive an approved Petunia Bloom Home crafted item. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact our customer service representative at info@petuniabloom.com and we'd be happy to assist you. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us.

Please note:

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a

warranty repair.

   Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of the fabrics are considered as part of the character of the item and should not be considered a defect.

       We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our customer service inspections.

·       When sending back the items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.

·       PETUNIA BLOOM will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
