It is annoying not being able to adjust the temperature, but my latte is warm enough. If anything I would want to make the latte more hot just so it would stay warm longer. My wife and I figured we'd be WASTING $500 to buy one that required all sorts of maintenance and cleaning. I want one-touch mochas, man!! I've read a couple of reviews complaining about the temperature. I can tell mine doesn't make 'em quite as hot as possible -- but they're perfect "drinkable" temperature.
