Karen, Ryan and I eat the skins. With most vegetables, that is were are the nutrients are.

Yes, I have heard that about Braums and looked it up online. The only big difference between Braums milk and certified organic milk is that Braums cows are not fed organic feed. For the sake of convenience, I usually get my organic milk wherever I am grocery shopping. There is a Braums really close to the Jazzercise center I go to, so I just need to remember to go there for milk. Ryan and I drink a lot of milk for the two of us!! We drink about 1.5 - 2 gallons of milk per week. With you having two little ones, your family probably goes through a lot more. The small price difference at Braums would really start to add up over time.

If you are interested in reading this book I will bring it on Sunday. I have already finished it. Burke, the author, talks a lot about children and organics. Are you interested?

I've heard, if you peel it don't worry about it, if you eat the skin, go organic. We try to when we can...our big one is milk...we do Braums since they don't use hormones, and they concentrate their lower fat milks so they taste richer and there is more calcium and protein!
