Because our dogs drink so much water, I thought it would be a good idea to get a water container for the dogs that didn’t have to be filled so often. Emmy thought it was great and Sophie was scared of it…

These little brats have two more weeks of the good life until a new baby shows up on the scene. All of our lives will drastically change once baby Emilee arrives around Sept 21st.
It will be so interesting to see how they react to the new baby.

Yes, this makes a total mess… However, we took an hour walk today. December 30th – and it 70 degrees outside!! What a nice treat.
Friday, after Thanksgiving, this is what I woke up to on the Doll Farm (my parent’s house). It snowed the perfect amount on the perfect day. It was absolutely beautiful!

This is what Sophie does if she has done something bad. If we get home and she is laying on the floor like this instead of greeting us at the stairs…she has torn up a Kleenex. She just really can’t help herself when it comes to those Kleenexes. Poor Sophie…we don’t even have to punish her. She has a self-punishing command!

We have been having the prettiest days this Fall so far. The prayer gardens at Oral Roberts University are just beautiful. To get a little quiet time, I went out to the prayer gardens recently to sit and relax. I heard something behind me, so I turned around and there was a little animal walking around behind me. At first, I thought it was a rat because of its long tail. After closer observation, I decided it must be a baby opossum.
Do you see it?? My i-phone doesn’t zoom, so this is the best picture I could get… 
I sure wish my i-phone had a zoom. On the other hand, this is a great picture considereing it was snapped from a phone.

Our friends have the most adorable new little Pomeranian puppy named Lea. We get to puppysit on weekends while they go to the OSU games. She got tired while she was here last time and walked into Sophie’s kennel and laid down for a nap. Sophie, in turn, climbed into Lea’s bed. How cute is that??
